I have worked in the legal industry for nearly 15 years, including almost 10 years as a practising lawyer, with my entire career focused on banking and finance. I began my legal journey in the mailroom at Gadens and worked my way through the firm to become a Special Counsel before joining Green Mortgage Lawyers.

I work with banks, private lenders and borrowers, helping them navigate commercial lending transactions with practical legal advice and well structured documentation. My role includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing transaction documents, as well as advising on borrowing and lending arrangements, transaction structures, and the legal issues that can arise throughout the lending process.

My experience spans a broad range of commercial banking transactions, including property and property development finance for both first mortgage and mezzanine lending, business and SME lending, asset and equipment finance, and transactions involving self managed super funds (SMSFs). I have also worked across lending for pubs and clubs, childcare, healthcare, share acquisitions, and compliance and risk matters.

I enjoy working closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear, practical advice that helps keep transactions moving. Whether supporting a straightforward lending matter or a more complex commercial transaction, I focus on delivering solutions that are commercially sound, efficient and tailored to each client’s needs.
