Hi, I’m Sarah Yeung, an Associate at Green Mortgage Lawyers and a Banking & Finance lawyer who thrives in the fast-moving world of complex transactions.  

I enjoy the challenge of bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to deals that require careful coordination, strong communication, and a calm head under pressure. 

I am passionate about helping our GML clients navigate transactions with confidence and transparency, while keeping matters progressing smoothly from instruction through to settlement.  

Complex deals often involve competing priorities, moving parts, and tight timeframes, and that is exactly where I do my best work. 

My approach aligns strongly with GML’s philosophy of People Driven Service, building strong relationships, communicating clearly, and genuinely caring about the people behind every transaction. 

I actually enjoy the challenge that comes with high-pressure transactions and fast-moving deals. Staying calm, adaptable, and focused while helping people navigate those moments is something that comes naturally to me. 

Outside of work, you will usually find me strength training, reading, spending time with family and friends, or working on personal growth.
