I’m Kerryn, Head of Finance at GML, and my experience spans budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance. I enjoy bringing order to the numbers, improving the way we work, and finding practical solutions that make a real difference behind the scenes. There’s something incredibly satisfying about untangling a problem, streamlining a process, or knowing the business has the information it needs to move forward with confidence.

I’ve always believed that a little kindness goes a long way. It’s shaped the way I work just as much as my approach to leadership. I want to be someone people feel comfortable coming to, someone who follows things through, lends a hand when it’s needed, and helps create an environment where everyone can do their best.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my two daughters, catching up with family and friends, or taking Jasper for a walk. It’s where I recharge, keep life in perspective, and enjoy the people who matter most. I think having that balance makes me a better leader and teammate every day.
