With a decade of leading Philippines-based teams and delivering extraordinary results for Australian businesses, I’m excited to bring this experience to Green Mortgage Lawyers as Country Manager. Before moving to the Philippines, I built a career in Federal and State Politics and in the financial services industry.

At GML, I head up our offshore team in Manila, leading an elite group of data specialists and operational experts who work closely with our legal professionals in Brisbane. My role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of data-driven solutions so our legal teams have the best support to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

I’m particularly proud of the team I’ve built at the Green Mortgage Lawyers Philippines office. They always rise to the occasion, no matter how extraordinary the client’s request. Seeing them go the extra mile consistently fuels my passion for leadership.

What lights me up most in my role is mentoring new team members. Watching someone grow from a junior staff member into a confident industry professional through training and support is the most rewarding part of my work—it’s this kind of impact that drives me every day.

Outside of work, I love to explore. Living in the heart of South-East Asia, I take full advantage of the chance to travel, whether it’s absorbing the sights and sounds of Metro Manila or experiencing the broader beauty and culture of the Philippines and beyond.
