I’m Timothy, and my favourite quote is “You only live once.” That mantra inspires me to seize opportunities, explore new challenges, and make the most of every moment. 

Outside of the office, my passions are football, badminton, and playing the piano. Each of these activities challenges me in a unique way—whether I’m staying agile on the football field, refining my form on the badminton court, or perfecting a new piece at the piano. 

Professionally, I’m proud of having worked in Hong Kong law firms for three years, which gave me a truly global perspective on legal practice. Being tri-lingual—fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin—has allowed me to connect with colleagues and clients from different cultures and backgrounds. 

At Green Mortgage Lawyers, I embrace a “never say never” attitude in everything I do. What really lights me up about my work is the sense of teamwork—there’s nothing more rewarding than collaborating with supportive colleagues to achieve shared success.
