I’m Sophie Sheather, Operations Manager at Green Mortgage Lawyers, and my favourite saying is “Dreams are free.” If I could tell my younger self anything, it would be that “it will all work out—so live life to the fullest.”

As a mum, wife, mentor, and passionate leader, I thrive on seeing the potential in everyone around me. My role at GML is focused on client and people interactions, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency within our organisation. I’m dedicated to helping team members rise to their full potential and fostering a strong, supportive community at GML. My clients are my priority, and I take immense pride in delivering exceptional service.

Outside of work, I’m still a thrill-seeker at heart. While I once embraced the adrenaline of skydiving and other exhilarating activities, I now enjoy a more mellowed lifestyle. I treasure family time, beach outings, bike rides with my daughter along the waterfront, and finding projects around the house—even if they’re not broken! (After spending the last 11 years renovating our house before we sold it, I’ve become quite the DIY enthusiast.) I also love snuggling with our puppies. On my bucket list is to spend a white Christmas in New York with my family—a dream I eagerly look forward to realising.
